Why is your HTML so sucky and lame?

1) This is one the most standard-conforming sites you'll ever see.
This means it will work on any device that has a web-browser,
no matter how small it is.
2) My design skills suck.
3) It's easier to edit by hand, using Mozilla, until I get around to
writing the ultimate web content manager.
4) I don't know CSS yet.
5) I want to publish content without spending too long on the looks.

Why do you use the date format d(d).m(m).yy?
1)I live in Australia. To experience dates the way I do,
change your operating system's regional settings to
"English-Australia", or some such. It will be just
like you travelled here.
2) I'm in the process of changing it to dd-mmm-yy which
should remove most confusion for English-speaking people.

Why don't you have a link to your email address?
Spammers, who are the scourge of the internet, run
programs that trawl through websites looking for
email addresses they can add to their databases.
They then sell these databases to other spammers.
